The objectives are to develop a better understanding of strategies and preparedness mechanisms relating to hurricanes and their effect on Community Associations.  This presentation also instructs the participants on a Community Association’s Emergency Powers proscribed by F.S. 718.1265; F.S. 720.316 aid a Community Association’s governance during a hurricane or hurricane-related event.  The course will be conducted through a webinar, online setting emulating a classroom presentation by an Instructor, a power point presentation which will be displayed for all participants to follow alongside the course information.
